TERMS OF AGREEMENT

- This agreement is for a period of (3) six (6) months or twelve (12) months (one year).
- This agreement has two periods: NOVEMBER to APRIL (11-4) and MAY to OCTOBER (5-10).
- Payments are made for three (3) months, (3) six (6) months , or twelve (12) months.
- Payments should be made before the tenant is handed over the room for the first phase, where the tenant should pay rent in one lump sum according to clause three, section one.

- If it is three months, the payment schedule will be:
1. November – January
2. February – April
3. May – July
4. August – October
- Payment dates:
1. Before the 3rd of November
2. Before the 3rd of February
3. Before the 3rd of May
4. Before the 3rd of August

- The tenant agrees to rent room number House 1 at KSH 0.00 per month.
- The tenant will be obpged to pay a security deposit of Ksh 10,000/= for damages, refundable at the end of the contract if unused. The tenant is responsible for water and sanitation costs.
- The tenant must maintain decorum and respect other tenants.
- Tenants must form leadership for clean water, sanitation, and cleaning shifts.
- Clearance forms must be filled out at the end of the contract period.
- Rooms cannot be sublet without the manager's consent.
Violations of this agreement may result in termination and legal action.
- Thirty (30) days' notice is required to continue pving or vacate.
The agreement may be terminated with written notice by either party 30 days in advance.
